This agreement and the parties

This contract is established between NobleCamps Singapore (referred to as NobleCamps) and you, the client (individual, partnership, or entity) identified in the “Get a Quote” form submitted through the NobleCamps website or the signed Proposal / Course Offer. The person signing the Proposal / Course Offer, or directors/partners of a corporation or partnership, will be personally accountable for any obligations not fulfilled by themselves or their entities, particularly if those entities cease operations with outstanding payments owed to NobleCamps.

This contract takes effect once you sign the Proposal or Course Offer, which acts as formal acceptance of the training program and includes a link to these Terms and Conditions. NobleCamps will confirm the booking via email.

Any terms proposed, suggested, or specified by you in any format, whether written or verbal, are waived and excluded unless NobleCamps agrees in writing. No amendment to this contract will be enforceable without written consent from NobleCamps.

Inquiries and Booking Process

Requests for information can be submitted by email or phone. Any unique requests or conditions must be confirmed in writing during this stage. A fully completed program registration form must be provided to NobleCamps before the program begins. Once the accurately completed form is received, a temporary spot will be held for participants, pending payment as outlined below.

Fees

Training program costs will be specified in the quote and confirmed in the Proposal or Course Offer. Costs are subject to change, and clients should verify the final amount before signing.

Client Change Requests

Requests to modify the training program (such as content, schedule, or participant details) must be submitted in writing and received by NobleCamps at least 30 days prior to the program start date. Modifications requested after this period may not be accommodated, and NobleCamps reserves the right to proceed with the original program plan.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be settled in cleared funds before the training program begins and within five business days of receiving the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, failure to pay in full before the program starts will be considered a cancellation, and cancellation fees may apply.

Cancellation or Postponement by Client

Cancellations and postponements must be submitted in writing and received before the program start date. Penalty fees will apply as follows:

  • 20 days or less: 100% of agreed program cost payable

  • 21-30 days: 50% of agreed program cost payable

  • 31 days or more: 0% penalty

Transfers and Substitutes

Transfers to other programs may be accommodated depending on availability but will be on a standby basis only. Cancellation fees may still apply if sufficient notice is not given as above. All transfers will incur a fee of $50 per participant to cover administrative expenses.

Substitute participants with appropriate experience may be sent at short notice, and no fees will apply.

Cancellation and Rescheduling by NobleCamps

NobleCamps reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program at its discretion. In such cases, clients may be offered an alternative program date or a refund/credit, if applicable. NobleCamps will not be liable for additional expenses incurred by clients due to cancellation or rescheduling.

Copyright

All intellectual property rights in materials created for or during the program, including promotional and training content, remain the property of NobleCamps.

Program Content

Program content is specified in the Proposal or Course Offer and may be updated periodically. NobleCamps will strive to cover all outlined content but does not guarantee full coverage. Adjustments may be made at the trainer’s discretion with participant agreement. Programs typically run from 9:30 to 16:30 with a 1-hour lunch break and refreshment intervals.

Documentation

Documentation may be provided for certain programs. For non-scheduled programs, preparation, duplication, and licensing costs may be invoiced separately.

Participant Experience and Behavior

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally throughout the program. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Participants must meet the minimum requirements specified for the program. Those who are inexperienced, underqualified, overexperienced, or overqualified may attend but should understand that benefits may be limited, and trainers cannot typically adjust content unless pre-arranged.

NobleCamps reserves the right to remove participants (without refund) if they cause disruptions, delays, or if their qualifications hinder program delivery. NobleCamps may also halt a program (without refund) if participant behavior or qualifications prevent delivery as intended. Claims by other clients or participants due to such disruptions will be charged to those responsible.

No Solicitation

For twelve months following the training programme, neither party will solicit the employment or services of the other party’s personnel involved in the program without written consent. Breach of this clause will result in liquidated damages equal to the individual’s gross salary/fees for their first twelve months in the new role, or $1,000,000, whichever is greater.

Miscellaneous

Clients (and any parties they introduce to NobleCamps representatives) must not engage in direct negotiations with NobleCamps representatives outside their duties for NobleCamps without prior approval. Any resulting loss of business will be charged to the client at $50,000 per day for each man-day of lost business, or the value of the lost business, whichever is greater.

Clients must hold appropriate software licenses for all programs requiring specific hardware. NobleCamps is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal property during the program.

Programs are assumed to meet client satisfaction unless written notice of discrepancy is provided before completion. Trainers may adjust content with participant agreement.

No Competition

By booking the program, you agree not to deliver similar programs for any NobleCamps direct or indirect competitors.

Liability

NobleCamps accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions in course materials or examples provided. Clients agree NobleCamps is not liable for loss, damage, or injury resulting from training materials or advice, whether caused by negligence or factors beyond its control.
